Reminder March 15 Tax deadline

March 15 is the tax deadline for partnerships, LLCs and S-corporations to file their tax returns.

Since March 15 is Saturday, the deadline is technically Monday March 17 this year.

Late returns are subject to a monthly penalty based on the number of K1s the entity has.

Strangely enough, trust tax returns are due April 15 even though they may have K-1s issued to beneficiaries.
